Finalists set for cup re-match

Congratulations to Dros Delnoch for winning their first major trophy on Wednesday night and congratulations also to AFC Trotters for their excellent achievement in reaching the final.

On to the Norfolk League cup now and the draw was made at Norfolk HQ for the first round last night. Amongst the headline ties is a repeat of this weeks Norfolk Trophy final - AFC Trotters will be looking for instant revenge against Dros Delnoch.

Elsewhere, defending holders Shawfield Reborn begin against Division one side Highland Select and three times winners Dutch Warriors will face Division Three side MJH Stars, whose manager Mark Howard won the competition back in season 4.

Two former winners Ash Samba Boyz (Season 6) and Britannia City (Season 1) face each other whilst Season 5 winners Edinburgh Wolves will face Matthew Sanders' Norfolk Enchants - Sanders was the manager who won the Wolves that league cup whilst they were known as Car Fax.

In form Division Two leaders Wilson F.C will face the free scoring Dinot Riders.

HM Gunners and Dazza Demons have been randomly given a bye through to round 2.
