Here's a step by step guide on how to join the Norfolk League:
STEP 1: SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
First you need to set up an account on xpert 11 - this is free!
- Go to : http://www.xperteleven.com
- on the left hand side - click on "JOIN"
- On the right hand side you will now see a section that says "APPLICATION
FORM"
- Fill in your details - name, password etc.
***Name and d.o.b don't have to be correct if you don't want to give out your true
details but your email adress must be correct! (REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD & USERNAME)***
- Click on "SEND APPLICATION"
You should then receive an email from xperteleven. This may appear in your junk mail box. This email is just to say welcolm to xpert 11...... more importantly it will have a link back to the website.
You need to click on this link as this will activate your account.
Once you have done that - you are registered.
STEP 2: JOINING OUR LEAGUE
Now your account is set up, you are ready to enter the Norfolk League.
Go back to the xpert eleven website at http://www.xperteleven.com
- On the left hand side type in your username and password.
Providing everything has worked - you should now be in "THE LOBBY"
The next step is to join our league.
- On the left hand side click on "SEARCH"
- Then on the right hand side - under "SEARCH FOR LEAGUE" type in the
"LEAGUE ID" as 76495
- Click on "SEARCH"
You should now have a big grey box covering most of the screen with
"NORFOLK LEAGUE" written at the top. If it says something else then its the wrong league.
This page lists all the details of our league.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom where there should be a tab that says "JOIN" or
"APPLY FOR A TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE" or something like that.
- Click on that.
It may now ask you if you would like to:
- "APPLY FOR A NEW TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE"
- "TAKE OVER AN EXISTING TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE"
or "EITHER"
There may be excistng teams with vacancies - these will be listed at the top on the right hand side - If you want to apply for one of these just click "APPLY" next to the relevant side.
If you want a completely brand new team then chose "APPLY FOR A NEW TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE"
They may ask you what you want your team name to be , the colours of your kit, the nationalities of your players and the name of your ground. None of these effect how good your team will be and they can all be changed once the team is set up.
It should now say something like "YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SENT"
They will then send your application to me. I will then accept. You should then receive an email from xperteleven saying your team has been accepted.
When you have this - log back into http://www.xperteleven.com again - type in your username and password as before.
On the right hand side you should now have a section saying "XPERT PROFILE - (your username)"
Below that it lists all the teams you have.
Your team in the Norfolk league should be listed.
To get into your team - just click on your team name and start exploring.
When you've signed up I'll send you a mini help guide advising you how you do
everything.
