Pre-season results: 2-0 v
Ross County Res (H) 0-0 v N.Y.Muggers (H) 1-1 v Dinot Riders
(A)
Comment: Very little change in playing personel but the
addition of Martinelli is sure to strengthen the defence. In past
seasons the 1st half of the season has been their weakness and if
they are to challenge for the title they will need to reverse that.
They do own 5 of the 9 skill level 10 players in the top division so
the quality is there. Title Odds:
9-2
========================== Club: DROS
DELNOCH Ground: Dros Delnoch Stadium, East

(Sacked)
Pre-season results: 2-0 v toon rejects
(H)
Comment: Most sides winning Division 1 have performed
very well in the top division. Delnoch's performances in the League
cup last season suggests they could follow the trend. They have been
steadily building for promotion to the top flight for a while so
they should be well prepared. Whether the lack of any real star
players is a help or a hindrance only time will tell. Title Odds:
8-1
========================== Club: DUTCH
WARRIORS Ground: Terror Dome, Noord-Holland Manager:
Braindead League Titles: 1 Cup Wins: 3

Players

Pre-season results: 2-0 v
Hotshots (A) 4-0 v Hotshots (H)
Comment: Last season was
just minutes away from being the most successful in their history.
Braindead's men were denied the title in the 90th minute of the last
game of the season but they showed they are now ready to step upto
the plate and challenge White Riot's dominance. They also reached
both cup finals. They appear to have a good blend of youth and
experience so expect another good season. Title Odds:
4-1
========================== Club: HM
GUNNERS Ground: Dynamite Canyon, York Manager: Hugh

Milhazes (5,618,760), Matty Melton (1,589,028), Duke Workman
(3,421,572)
Pre-season results: 3-1 v Norfolk And Chance
(H) 5-0 v Rubber Dubbers (H) 1-0 v AFC Trotters
(A)
Comment: After another pre-season re-shuffle the Gunners
will be looking to launch another title challenge. Last season they
were well in contention until they faded to 6th in the final few
weeks but their produced their best performances in both cups. The
goals of Milhazes will be missed but the defence looks strong,
superbly marshalled by skipper Önder Özgültekin. Confidence will be
high after some good pre-season results. Title Odds:
9-1
========================== Club:
HOTSHOTS Ground: The Volcano, London Manager: Jake
Moffat League Titles: 0 Cup Wins: 1
Last
Season ----------- League: 5th ,Best: 2nd (Season 4) League
Cup: R1 ,Best: QF (Seasons 4,5 & 6) Trophy: R2 ,Best: Winners
(Season 5)
Players in: None Players Out:
None
Pre-season results: 0-2 v Dutch Warriors (H) 0-4 v
Dutch Warriors (A)
Comment: Last season was a bit of a
transition season for the Hotshots. As a result though, with their
large group of emerging, talented 19-24 year olds, very few sides
can rival their strength in depth. In Martyn Lines they also have
the striker with the most league goals to his name out of anyone in
this division. Title Odds:
4-1
========================== Club: SMALLVILLE
FC Ground: the star lane stadium, Ash Manager: Daniel
Taylor League Titles: 0 Cup Wins: 0
Last
Season ----------- League: 2nd (Div 1) ,Best: 2nd, Division
One (Season 7) League Cup: QF ,Best: QF (Seasons 2 &
7) Trophy: R1 ,Best: SF (Season 2)
Players in: Jeremy
Otter (2,500,000), Martin Romlin (3,400,000), Shingo Nishimura
(5,950,900). Players Out: Anton Törneke (Sacked), Ambrósio Roma
(2,037,000), Camilo Bilro (Sacked).
Pre-season
results: 2-0 v Wilson FC (H) 1-3 v Highland Select (H) 2-0
v Norfolk Enchants (H) 3-0 v Car Fax Utd (H)
Comment:
Having spent 7 seasons trying to reach this division, Smallville's
first priority will be to avoid relegation. Their hopes are likely
to be based on a strong defence. The big question remains over their
front line. Will Martin Romlin and Rob Sully be good enough to cut
at the top level? Title Odds:
15-2
========================== Club: TOON
REJECTS Ground: Castle Park, Aldershot Manager:
Murray Parsons League Titles: 0 Cup Wins: 0
Last
Season ----------- League: 3rd ,Best: 3rd (Season 7) League
Cup: QF ,Best: Runners-up (Season 6) Trophy: QF ,Best: QF
(Seasons 6 & 7)
Players in: Cameron Gibbens
(5,950,000) Players Out: Peter Amuneke (1,512,000), Demetrio
Magró (984,228)
Pre-season results: 0-2 v Dros Delnoch
(A) 2-3 v Shawfield Reborn (H) 2-1 v Norfolk Enchants
(A)
Comment: The rejects made an excellent start to life in
the top flight last season, out performing the quality of their
squad again! Their success has been built around their almost
unbeatable home form and if they can maintain that then they will be
pushing towards the top half. If they can't they could struggle.
Midfielder Archibald Fletcher is likely to be the key man. Title
Odds: 9-1
========================== Club: WHITE
RIOT Ground: S**t Stadium, Surrey Manager: Andrew
Saunders League Titles: 3 Cup Wins: 2
Last
Season ----------- League: Winners ,Best: Winners (Seasons 5,
6 & 7) League Cup: Runners Up ,Best: Runners up (Season
7) Trophy: Winners ,Best: Winners (Seasons 6 &
7)
Players in: none Players Out: Vernon Terry
(Sacked)
Pre-season results: none
Comment: Likely
to be the force to beat yet again. Ultimately White Riot only missed
out on a "dream treble" thanks to a 2nd half comeback by Dutch
Warriors in the league cup final. Despite getting closer to total
dominance of all the major honours, there were signs that other
teams (imparticular Dutch Warriors) were starting to catch up. They
still poses an unbelievably strong defence based around the
inspirational Carl Kit. Can they make it 4 titles in a row and can
they break their league title duck? Title Odds: 3-1
