------------------------------------------------------------------ NORFOLK
LEAGUE CUP FINAL: White Riot v Dutch Warriors, Wednesday 8th September
2008. at the Xpert
Arena ------------------------------------------------------------------ So
the two of the most successful managers in the history of this league meet
again. Earlier in the season White Riot triumphed with an emphatic 4-0
final win in the Norfolk Trophy. In the league, its the Warriors who hold
the ace cards with a 3 point lead with just 1 game to play - but who will
claim the bragging rights tomorrow night? Will it be the Warriors 3rd
success? or can Andrew Saunders men triumph in the only competition they
haven't previously won?

TEAM
NEWS----------------------------------------------------- The
Riot will be without suspended defender Mickey Caldwell. Emile Tarrant has
recovered from the knock he picked up at the weekend though. Their key men
in Caldwell's absence are likely to be skipper Carl Kit and 24-year-old
Ron O'Connor who have been excellent so far this season. With 5 goals and
7 assists this season, midfielder Rowley Mills is likely to be the key
attacking player.
Warriors' 19-year-old defender Kim Venema is
expected to have shrugged off an injury and may feature. The key men seem
likely to be striker Masao Totaki who has scored 8 goals this season,
Defender Dave Feiting's who is one of the best dead ball specialists in
the Norfolk league (and a good defender as well!) and midfielder Jordi
Grim who has 8 goals to his name.

PREDICTION---------------------------------------------------- Dutch
Warriors are the form side having put together an excellent run of results
in both league and cup in the 2nd half of the season. White Riot however
have the psychological advantage, with a much superior head-to-head record
and the memory of their 4-0 trouncing of Braindead's men in the trophy
final. Surprisingly the 3 meetings between the two sides this season have
all been very one-sided but I anticipate a close and low scoring final
decided by a single goal.
PREDICTION: 1-0 White
Riot.
