theme to this seasons competition appears to be an aggrisive one with
Current holders White Riot (formally known as Chigley Town FC), Armoth's
Army (Norfolk And Chance), Dutch Warriors and the "Choppers"
(chertseychoppers) all conquering their challengers so far en route to the
semi-finals.
The draw has kept last seasons top 2 sides from the
Norfolk League apart. The White Riot, who have now won their last 6 trophy
matches in a row, face Division One side Norfolk And Chance, who have
already toppled 2 top flight sides in the previous rounds.
Perhaps
the story of the competition so far has been the brilliant cup run from
newcomers chertseychoppers. They've also upset 2 Norfolk league sides so
far as well as in-form Ross County Reserves. Their reward is a clash with
former league cup double winners, Dutch Warriors.
