Congratulations to Hotshots for winning the Norfolk Trophy, claiming their second major trophy in the process.
Now on to the League Cup which gets under way on Wednesday. Up for grabs is the glory of a major trophy and a shortly to be purchased 3-month VIP prize for the winner.

Last seasons winners Ash Samba Boyz have been installed as pre-tournament favourites whilst last seasons beaten finalists Hotshots are just behind them closely followed by previous winners City of Uhra and Dutch Warriors.
Amazingstoke Gooners and Dinot Riders are the lowest priced Division One sides whilst Stans Rangers are tipped to be the strongest contenders from Division Two. Runaway leaders Toft Monks Athletic are the lowest priced Division Three side.

THE STRUCTURE:

- All matches are played over 2 legs, except the final which is a one off game at the xpert Arena.
- Away goals apply after 90 minutes of the 2nd leg should the aggregate score be level.
- In the final, the game will go to extra time and penalties should the score be level after 90 minutes.
- The competition is a direct knockout.
- The draw in each round is done at random - there is no seeding
- City of Uhra have been randomly drawn to have a bye through to round 2
