---------------------------------------------------------- THE CONTENDERS: On paper, the two strongest sides apear to be Toft Monks Athletic and Boca Seniors. Both sides have been flashing the cheque book over the pre-season and both have made improvements to their squads. Bigfro53 took over Toft Monks half way through last season and claimed 4 wins from his sides 7 games under his management. Over the past couple of months they have strengthened significantly with over 24 million econs having been spent mainly on experience. Their midfield now looks comfortably the strongest in the division. Their 7-0 win over Blackhawk Rangers in the Trophy will act as a warning to all of their rivals. ArnieD has a full season of experience in this division having managed Tartan Army to 4th place last season. Boca Seniors will be hoping he is the man to reverse their fortunes following 3 relegations in their last 4 seasons. They still have some very good players like Betts, McAllister and Gentle who are all capable of playing at a much higher level. Another side who have seen a recent change of manager is Hammersmith City. Rodney11 took over half way through last season and guided them to a rare victory. They will hoping to secure a top 4 position. Two new sides have joined the divison. American side Ridgêlánd Fìrè look to have a very strong front line and could cause a few surprises along the way whilst Legend Killers appear to have a well balanced side who could push for a top 3 finish if they adapt to the league quickly. It was Ridgêlánd who emerged on top as the two sides met in the first round of the Trophy. The two more experienced managers have kept with their respective sides. Matthew Sanders' Aldershot Enchants will be looking to Elmer Roswall for their inspiration as they hope to improve on last seasons 6th place whilst MJH Stars and are yet to strengthen so far and could face another season of struggle although Wednesday's cup win will have given them hope that their fortunes are about to change. 10 PLAYERS TO WATCH: DECLAN ALBRIGHT, Defender, Hammersmith City.
