Season***********************
After lengthy discussions pre-season there were no alterations to the league and cup structure for season 8. There was a bit of manager movement as Adhogan left Turnip Torsoes to replace Alastair Millar at Shawfield Park Rangers. Mark Howard became a victim of the xpert 11 quota system and his side were taken over by new manager Zico55 under the new name of Highland Select.
The managerless Turnips departed to be replaced by Blackhawk Rangers who had 4 managers in a turbulent first season.
----------------------Norfolk

Yet again the title race went down to the wire. White Riot held off strong opposition from Hotshots to win the league by a point after both sides won on the final day. Dros Delnoch, in their first season at the top level, were in the hunt too, but they fell to defeat to Dutch Warriors had the other results they needed didn't occur anyway.
At the bottom, Smallville's stay in the top flight was a brief one. Daniel Taylor's side managing just 1 win. Dutch Warriors were surprisingly the 2nd side to go down after HM Gunners defeated them in the penultimate game before securing survival with a win over toon rejects. Both the rejects and Ash Samba Boyz secured their status with 1 game to spare.

One--------------------------
Adhogan's Shawfield dominated the early stages winning 8 of their first 9 matches and although Ross County caught them in the end, they held on to the title on goal difference. MacLeod's county earned their second consecutive promotion after holding off the challenge of Dinot Riders for 2nd.
At the bottom, Wilson F.C's season ended in turmoil as founder manager Natalie Wilson was sacked by the Xpert 11 team compounding a miserable season that saw them gain just 4 points. Hoole F.C. will join them in Division Two after finishing just behind Car Fax Utd in the battle to avoid the drop.

Two--------------------------
N.Y.Muggers broke most Division Two records as they demolished all opposition on their way to promotion. Dddrifter's side won 13 of their 14 matches and finished 16 points clear at the top. The battle for 2nd was close, chertseychoppers led it for most of the season but they had to hold off a late charge from No Surrender Gers, and were indebted to AFC Trotters for defeating the Gers on the final day to ultimately deny them promotion. Both the Trotters and Rubber Dubbers were contenders for 2nd for much of the season before fading away at the end.

Cup-------------------
An 81st minute header from top scorer Vicente Jose handed Shawfield Reborn's first ever trophy. Adhogan's men defeated Dutch Warriors 1-0 to become only the 3rd side to win the league cup from outside the Norfolk League.
chertseychoppers again flew the flag for Division Two reaching the semi final whilst the best matches were arguably the quarter-final ties between HM Gunners and Shawfield and Dutch Warriors v Ash Samba Boyz
N.Y. Muggers nearly became the first side to overcome a 4 goal defecit on aggregate. They lost their first round, first leg 4-0 to chertseychoppers but came just short in the second winning 3-0.

Trohpy--------------------------
Dutch Warriors became the first side to win all 3 major trophies. They were pushed all the way by a gutsy Shawfield side though with only an 119th minute winner from Niels Tammer separating the two sides. The Warriors were worthy winners too having defeated 3 other Norfolk league sides in the competition.
The games of the tournament were arguably N.Y.Muggers' 4-3 victory over Norfolk And Chance in Round 2, and Dutch Warriors 3-2 win over Ash Samba Boyz in the semi-final.
