Armoth wants the Trophy
back.
As
those who follow Dinot Riders or Norfolk and Chance know this weekend will
be the next opportunity for the Dead Arm trophy to return to it's rightful
place, Thetford Forest. When these two teams meet there's always friendly
banter before and after the match.
We asked Armoth what he thought
about the suggestion that N&C will be wearing tights this weekend. He
responded with a wry smile, "I guess Dinot is concerned as ever for the
well being of my players. He knows that we don't like embarrassing our
visitors too much and that will mean that we have to take things a little
slower for them. The problem is that if we slow down the players will get
cold and therefore he's suggesting we wear something to keep us warm
whilst we pass the ball around. I light of his concern I have arranged for
the visitors lounge and changing rooms to be decorated in the same style
as the Riders favourite haunt, 'Restaurant Bernina'. In fact we have also
arranged for Dermillo Daminowski a prominent supporter of Dinot Riders to
be given one of the Visitors VIP seats.”
You can be assured that
this weekends match will be one of passion. When asked what was so special
about 'Restaurant Bernina' or ‘Dermillo Daminowski’ all Armoth would say
was.
